Walter and Sharon Hall WIN International Pairs UAE Yas links qualifier
The fourth qualifying tournament of the 2013-2014 OnCourse Golf International Pairs took place at Yas Links on Saturday 7th November.
With Yas Links recently being crowned the best course in the Middle East by Golf Digest, OnCourse Golf were very eager to see how the teams would fare, especially with the UAE Grand Final set to take place at Yas on the 7th June.
The eventual winners were the husband and wife pairing of Walter and Sharon Hall with a score of 41 points. Walter will have another chance of representing the UAE at the International Pairs World Final, having travelled to Scotland with son Ronan as the 2012 Winners of the UAE Grand Final.
Second and third place was a very tight affair with both pairs recording 38 points. Thomas Kunt and Brian McClure just pipped William Royce and Roman Hawczak with a better back nine score of 21 points.
