Bruce and Wilcox crowned Jumeirah Golf Estates Mixed Open champions

Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted its fourth BMW AGMC sponsored Mixed Open on the final weekend of February 2014.

A fantastic day of golf prevailed as some of the finest men and lady golfers in the region battled it out over the pristinely manicured Earth course.

Winners of the Gross Division and crowned 2014 BMW AGMC Mixed Open champions was Elise Bruce and Charlie Wilcox who battled hard over the toughened Earth course to claim the gross title as they eventually finished three shots ahead of their nearest rivals with a superb 3 over score of 75. Michelle and Jonny Hall claimed second place with a 78 gross.
Success in the net division over the 18 hole event came from the pairings of Tania and Giordano Gelasini, who received the Net Division trophy through a card playoff over Ornella and Giorgio Parigi. Their net 1 under par, 71 was nip in tuck throughout the round whilst the deciding factor was a strong back of net 35.
