Yas Links October Etihad Open Stableford result

Almost 70 golfers joined Yas Links for the newly implemented 7:30am shotgun start at the Etihad Open Stableford held at Yas Links Golf Club.

In total 100,000 air miles are given away monthly at each Etihad Open to the top 3 winners in the Division A (handicap 0-14) and Division B (handicap 15 – 36) categories.
 
25,000 air miles were presented to our first place Division A winner, Yas Links Member Emanuel Ostojic who finished with an incredible 38 points. Joe Torrez & David Stewart were determined to claim the second place title, but Joe took the courtesy of a better last 9 holes with a score of 35 points placing him in second and guaranteeing him 15,000 air miles while David placed a very close third and walked away with 10,000 air miles.
 
Division B winner Asaad Al Muharami happily accepted 1st place title with bragging rights and an incredible 25,000 air miles from Etihad. Second place was again a popular title to gain while Teresa Sheepwash & Soon Lai were vying to win, previous Yas Links Captain, Teresa prevailed and took home the title and 15,000 air miles on the last 9 holes with a score of 35, leaving Soon Lai in a very respectable 3rd and 10,000 air miles.
