To Russia with Love as Saadiyat Beach Golf Club Pro’s Visit Troon-Managed Moscow Club on Summer Exchange
No longer the reserve of excited schoolchildren, Troon Golf Abu Dhabi is bringing new meaning to the traditional summer exchange programme. Associates from Saadiyat Beach Golf Club will fly out to Moscow this summer to train staff and share experiences with the Agalarov Golf and Country Club as part of the initiative which aims to improve business practice between the two clubs.
Saadiyat Beach Golf Club first ran the exchange idea in 2011, and this year the club will be making a double visit to the Russian capital. Two groups of Saadiyat professionals will assist their Agalarov colleagues during its peak operating season to further improve the level of golf and services offered to its club members across the two facilities. Group One flew out to Moscow in May, where they will remain until the end of this month, while a second group is scheduled to take part from August to October 2012.
Ken Kosak, Group General Manager, Troon Golf Abu Dhabi, said:

One of the key benefits of the programme is the exposure associates gain to different cultures, which is useful to them when working with club members of different backgrounds back in Abu Dhabi.
