Yas Links Golf Club weekend results
On Friday 19th October Yas Links held their monthly Cadillac Medal. With scoring particularly impressive more prizes were offered to reward our player for their fine efforts. First place gross with a score of one over par (73) was Roman Hawczak. With a very commendable Net 74 fourth place was won by Fintan Healy. In third place with a Net 72 was Peter Gilzean. In second place with an impressive Net 71 was Sharon Hall. The overall winner with an almighty Net 70 was Agnes Letier-Lacaze. Sharon Hall also picked up the most gross birdies of the day followed by Ron Herman. Congratulations also to Peter Gilzean who holed his second shot on Hole 1 for a gross 2 on the opening par 4!
On Saturday 20th the members returned on the Links this time for a stableford format. Stealing third place on count back was Alan Thomson with 36 points. On flying form this weekend was Roman Hawczak who picked up second place with 38 points. The winner with an inspiring 39 points was Andrew Morris.
