What a social story it would be for Tiger

The Internet would go into meltdown if Tiger Woods claims a fifth Masters title. As the Masters final round gets underway, we are all waiting with bated breath to see who wears the famous Green Jacket in a few hours time.

We have a tantalizing leaderboard filled with some of the biggest names currently in Golf, what more could you ask for on Masters Sunday?

One story would be pretty amazing, yes it includes that man Tiger Woods. The whole internet is buzzing with excitement at the thought of Woods claiming a fifth title. His record speaks for itself, but that was a long time ago: Woods has won 14 majors, four at The Masters: 1997, 2001, 2002 and 2005

Not only would it be a superb 5th Major at Augusta closing the gap on Nicklaus, but it would be an amazing comeback from what seemed to be the end.

In February 2017, we witnessed his manager giving a live speech announcing that Woods was withdrawing from the 2017 Omega Dubai Desert Classic after suffering an injury during a difficult opening round. Most of us thought Tiger would never compete at the highest level again, how wrong we were…

It also seems unreal that Woods won in an Era before Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where even around, so you can imagine the meltdown if he does the impossible later this evening?

As someone who is involved with digital content, It would be something special to see how Social Media reacts and the amount of reach that would be produced for such a legend. We could have a meltdown!
