Wayne Mark Elep champion of Filipino Golfers in the Middle East 5th anniversary tournament

Filipino Golfers in the Middle East (“FIGME”) turned 5 recently.  To celebrate this momentous event, a tournament supported by Mediclinic was held in the tight fairways of JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort using Stable ford format 7/8 handicap index allowance.

44 players from various nationalities graced the 
Filipino Golfers in the Middle East tournament with Ramon Navea, FIGME Chairman, in the helm. The Hon. Consul General Frank Cimafranca of the Philippine Consulate was the guest of honor and shared an inspirational talk during the awarding ceremony. Special gratitude was extended to David Hadley, Chief Executive Officer of Mediclinic, all the golfers and FIGME officers for organizing the event: Chito Albay, Dan Alforte, Vic Liwanag, Alex Tivi, Roger Corpuz & Brylle Steven Navea.
