To add to the scenery the course is back dropped by stunning mountains and has outstanding ocean views on particular holes. Playing over 7,000 yards the Ghala Valley Golf Club has a handful of forgiving holes, but the tricky holes will place focus on the junior golfer’s course management skills.

All three players have been training hard over the past month, in preparation of having a strong showing at this anticipated event. This event will be a great challenge for the UAE U-15 National Team but with confidence and the hard work that has been put into the preparation the team feels poise for the competition.

EGF National Team Coach commented, “Great to see this event come onto the calendar for this age group, will give the players an insight to tournament golf outside of their respective clubs and also to see the level of competition within the region. Saeed Al Balooshi being our senior U15’s player as had experience within GCC already and will head the team of Mahmood Skaik & Mohammed Abdulla who both are a product of our development program. The boys have all put some good work in over the last few weeks and really looking forward to the event, our main goal is for them to all play to their potential and enjoy the experience”
