The Els Club Ladies and Gents Championship winners decided

The Els Club Ladies and Gents Championship and Handicap Cup winners were decided recently and prizes awarded during the annual Members Awards Evening held at the Westin Hotel, Dubai.

16 Competitors in each division competed for the honour.
The Ladies Handicap Cup Winner, Emma Manikas (pictured below), had an outstanding net 65, with the new Ladies Club Champion, Louise Adams, carding a gross 80.

In the gents division, Abhizer Mohammed beat Adrian Adams on the countback , winning the Handicap Cup with a net 64. In the Club Championship, Mark Hay overcame tough conditions and emerged from a strong field to post a gross 79. This was good enough to beat runner up Paul Moir by a single shot.
