What are the Best UAE Golf Courses?
After so much investment and exposure on a global stage, UAE courses are often discussed as tracks Golfers would like to play.

To go a bit deeper into courses in the UAE, we should take a look into the individual Emirates.
Obviously, Dubai is the most known and renowned Emirate in the UAE and it is no surprise that Dubai has the most Golf Courses and investment currently. Abu Dhabi then follows suit with fewer courses that are of a very high standard and you then have the Northern Emirates of Ajman, Sharjah, and Ras al Khaimah featuring a few more.
Three of the standout and most well-known tracks are the ones that have been consistently featured on the European Tour roster. The Majlis at Emirates Golf Club (Dubai Desert Classic venue), The Earth Course at Jumeirah Golf Estates (DP World Tour Championship venue), and the National Course at Abu Dhabi Golf Club (Abu Dhabi Golf Championship venue). There are several others that are ones not to be missed if you are planning a Golfing trip to the UAE. Others work a look in Dubai are Dubai Hills, The Els Club, and Dubai Creek. In Abu Dhabi, you have the superb Yas Links (featured in the top 100 courses) and Saadiyat Beach. If you fancy a trip to the Northern Emirates the drop into Al Zorah Golf Club in Ajman and Al Hamra on the Ras al Khaimah shoreline.
There are also some pleasurable 9-hole courses that are worth looking into. Sharjah Golf and Shooting, Jebel Ali Resort, and Meydan will give you something surprisingly different from the 18 hole Championship ones on offer. It’s no coincidence as all the above 3 were all designed by the great Peter Harradine, so you shouldn’t be disappointed.
