The Asian team is all set for the Battle of the Continents Grand Final on Saturday 23rd January 2016, the defending champions always do it in style and this year was no different for the favorites, Team Asia.

Scoring in the first three qualifiers was pretty high but the Asian players step it up a make to show the other three Continents that they want to regain the Trophy for a third year in a row.

The qualifier at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club had a selection of players from all over Asia and with this year’s Captain Sanjoy Das leading them to the course it was always going to be a great contest. With only 8 spots up for grabs to make the team there was a strong turnout in an attempt to qualify for a superb and competitive January date.
No Ma Yeou and Yangho Kim of SGSC lead the way in qualify for the Net Division with 37 points each and Ramli Sulaiman the first ever Asian Captain lead the way in the gross with 31 gross points.

This Asian Team is the strongest teams yet with both gross and net teams looking very strong to try take the trophy home for the fourth year on January 23rd 2015. Team Captain Sanjoy Das was very grateful to all the players for showing their support for this Ryder Cup Style event and to his good friend Vivian Verma for choosing him for the role of Captain.
