Saadiyat Beach Golf Club Abu Dhabi celebrates first anniversary
Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), the Abu Dhabi-based master developer of Saadiyat Island and its stunning Saadiyat Beach Golf Club designed by 8-time major winner Gary Player, are delighted to celebrate the first anniversary of the gulf’s first and only beachfront golf course.
Launched at the inaugural Saadiyat Beach Classic hosted by Player, the picturesque venue has received critical acclaim from the world’s golf and travel media since opening to the public in March 2010.
With unrivalled panoramic ocean views and expansive bunkering, the championship course has been particularly acknowledged for its rapid maturity and excellent conditioning, having received numerous awards over the past 12 months, including “Best Golf Course” in the Middle East and Africa, at the 2010 CNBC Property Awards.
