Rosemary Turlik triumphs in the Ladies Club Championship at the Emirates Golf Club

Rosemary Turlik followed up her 88 from day 1 with a second round 84, giving a total of 172 to claim the title.

She opened up her Championship campaign with a fine birdie on hole 1 of the Faldo course. Following on from this, further birdies came on holes 8 and 13. Her scorecard from round 2, held over the Majlis course, included birdies on holes 4, 6 and 15.

The runner up spots were tightly contested with Mitsuko Emmerson and 1st round leader Ashley Anderson, both scoring 180. It was Mitsuko who secured the runner up spot having scored a better round 2 of 89 and Ashley scoring 96, taking 3rd place.

The Overall net prize was won by Elise Hanson with net rounds of 77 and 70 (147 total)
