Ramage & Fullerton Capture Individual Bogey at the Arabian Ranches Golf Club

The Arabian Ranches Golf Club hosted the ever popular Individual Bogey Tournament on Friday, 13th August over the well conditioned desert styled links course. Each player received full handicap allowance to be taken at the appropriate stroke index holes.

The Bogey format is basically a matchplay against the par of the course, a net score of par gives you (0), a net birdie or better (+) and a net bogey or worse gives you a (-).

In the Ladies Division Adrienne Fullerton (11-Incoming Lady Captain) completed her round 1 up against the course, a superb front nine of 1 up with net birdies at the 1st, 2nd and 5th being the highlights. On the back nine a couple of double bogeys prevented her from going further under her handicap and finishing 1up on the 18 holes against the par of the course.

In the Men’s Division Eddie Ramage (5) played one of his best rounds to date in competitive golf and completed his round 5 up on the course. His card consisted of two gross birdies with nines of 3 up and 2 up to win the Men’s division by a clear two shots from runners up Tony Stroud & Alex Blom. Tony took the second spot by virtue of a count back over Alex.
