Pullin and Dunning book Kuwait berth at the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge’s Grand Final

Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge (XCGC) has concluded its ninth qualifying round at Kuwait’s Sahara Golf & Country Club on Saturday, 27th September. From among 62 players paired in 31 teams, Terrance Pullin and Scotty Dunning from team Kay Inc emerged as the winners with a score of 63. Luis Suarez and Abdul Aziz Al Sarawi from team Sarawi/Suarez scored 65 and Brian McDonald and Liu Guilan from team KUFPEC also scored 65 (countback), took second and third places respectively.

On-course competitions included Xerox Kuwait’s Hole 8 Nearest the Pin, claimed by Mahmood Saeed, Xerox Kuwait’s Hole 11 Nearest the Pin, won by Aziz Al Sarawi.

The 2014 Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge supports the Noor Dubai Foundation. The tournament aims to raise funds of one mobile Eye Camp that can provide 4,000 treatments and up to 500 surgeries in a developing nation.

The winning team joins other finalists in December 2014 in a two-day, 36-hole grand final played at Tower Links and Al Hamra golf courses in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
