Peugeot secures first UFE Pro Am at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club

Peugeot won its first ever UFE Pro Am at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, taking out the honours after a long-standing partnership with the tournament that started 12 years ago.

Peugeot have been one of the major sponsors since the inception of the annual event, which is held predominately for the French community of Abu Dhabi.
 
In glorious conditions, Peugeot finished with 92 points to overcome stiff competition from Mercure Centre Hotel (90 points) and Quality International (89 points).
 
“We are incredibly delighted,” said Peugeot’s Jamal Sahl. We’ve had a long-standing partnership with this event so it’s great to finally win it.”

 
First placed pro winner was Steven Morgan from Yas Links who finished with a 2-under par (70), followed by joint runners-up Thomas Rourke, also from Yas Links, and Fraser McLaughlan, from Al Ain Golf Club, who finished 1-under par (71).
