October Ladies Stroke Play at the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club
The monthly Ladies Stroke Play events got underway for the new season today at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. After a long summer break all the ladies were eager to get back on the course and get back into some competition. The performance of the day went to Yuko Tsukiori who made a fantastic start to her season with a superb net 64 to take top spot and storm the rest of the field by a massive 10 shots. After being presented her prize Tsukiori commented; “It was very enjoyable to be back playing with all the ladies, we had great fun. I’m happy with my win today thanks to my putting which was very good. I would like to say thank you to our Captain, Mego Han and also to the staff and sponsors for organizing the ladies events”.
Annette Carstanjen also put in a good performance and shot a solid net 74 to clinch runner up spot. Third place went to Harini White with a very respectable net 75 and a better back 9 over Mrs K Taniuchi.
