Mother and Son Play Su Well at the Al Badia Golf Club Open Invitation

The Open Invitation saw 38 pairings hit Al Badia Golf Course to battle it out in the betterball competition, trying to replicate what the stars of world golf were doing at Royal Lytham and St Annes. It was the mother and son combination of Su Zi Hao and Xu Xiao Xia that rose to the challenge of the tough pin positions and the hot weather conditions to reign victorious with a net 67.

The partnership was on top form as they managed four birdies and five pars on their back nine to complete a very impressive round.

The other on-course prizes went to Rabhi Sfelia for being closest to the pin on the 15th hole and Tom Ellis for the longest drive at hole four.
