Larm, Aldridge, Tahvanainen and Jones Win Mixed Scramble at Emirates Golf Club

Nina Larm, Johnny Aldridge, Pentti Tahvanainen and Stephen Jones carded a winning score of 60.6 in the Mixed Scramble over the Faldo course.

The quartet compiled a gross 64 including birdies on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 12th, 13th and 16th. The highlights were eagles on the par four 4th and 489-yard 10th with surprising drop shots on the 7th and 17th.

In a keenly contested event their closest rivals were only 0.1 of a shot adrift on 60.7.

The Christmas Scramble winners, Jill Muirhead, Robert Muirhead, Allison Muirhead and Butch Zeederberg had to settle for runners up place on this occasion.

Caroline Thompson, Claudia Bollerslev, Johnny Aldridge and David Watt won the nearest the pin awards.
