Karl started out as a Junior golfer based in Essex, England at the age of 15. After finishing secondary school he then embarked on a two year intense golf program at the sports academy based at Stoke By Nayland hotel, golf and spa, Great Britain. Here he excelled and completed the course and earned a National diploma in sports.
He coached at Stoke by Nayland in England which is home of one of England Golfs national training facilities under the watchful eye of Roly Hitchcock who is one of England golfs coaches and also one of the UK’s most qualified golf coaches being awarded the PGA level 4 UK sports coaching certificate from Birmingham University.
Karl played golf to a county level representing the club until he turned professional in 2010 he then competed while simultaneously studying for his foundation degree in professional golf with the PGA. In 2012 Karl became an assistant coach for the Essex county academy program and from this experience it has led him to develop a keen interest in golf psychology. He specializes in shot making techniques that help his students to lower their handicaps.
