Jumeirah Golf Estates recently hosted its 2013 BMW AGMC sponsored Mixed Open on the Fire course

A fantastic day of golf prevailed as some of the finest men and lady golfers in the region battled it out over the pristinely manicured championship course. Success over the 18 hole event came from the pairings of Ryan Perkins and Noorat Thongdee, who won the Net Division with a tremendous 11 under-par score of net 61. Zuzana Pourova & Shabir Yakub finished a single shot further back in second place with a net 62. Winners of the Gross Division and outright title was Sharifa D’Souza and Sandeep Singh who battled hard to claim the gross title and eventually finished three shots ahead of their nearest rivals with a superb 2 over-par score of 74. Yuki Pellertine & Roger Lloyd claimed second place with a 77 gross.
