James’s Feel’s Good After Luckiest Medal Win at Al Hamra Golf Club

James Brown qualifies for the Luckiest Ball on Earth Grand Final, improving his chances of playing alongside the professional’s in the Rolex Pro-Am as part of the DP World Tour Championship. James fired a solid level par 72, massively aided by his blistering back nine of 32, to claim the top Net prize and Luckiest Ball.

James had to endure the nervy time of a card play-off as fellow competitor PJ Marriott also carded an identical score of 72. Unfortunately PJ’s back nine score of 38 was nowhere near enough to get close to James resulting in him having to settle for second and a long wait to try again next year. James will now go on to compete against another 23 Grand Finalist’s over the Fire Course at Jumeirah Golf Estates on Sunday 12th October which everyone at Al Hamra wishes him the very best luck for.

In the Gross division John Kiddie would take top honours after his disappointing but enough to win score of 87, finishing 3 clear of runner-up Tony Cashman and his score of 90.
