Jaco, hailing from Pretoria, South Africa, studied PGA and Sport-Science at The University of Pretoria before becoming fully qualified in 2014.
When Jaco became part of Saadiyat Beach Golf Club’s Teaching Team he thoroughly enjoyed his time teaching junior golfers and now runs a very successful Future Falcons program. He is dedicated to building successful group coaching programs and healthy relationships with his individual students.
Jaco strongly believes in teaching the Fundamentals of golf and building a solid swing around a student’s natural ability-and-swing characteristics, while using equipment like Trackman to achieve better performance. When teaching, Jaco strives to achieve the full potential of his students while maximizing enjoyment and keeping it simple. The key to a successful lesson lies in constructive communication and a clear understanding in why a specific change has to be made
