Hong Sneaks a Win in the first in the social stableford at Tower Links Golf Club
S.P. Hong has made a welcome return to the winner’s circle when he placed first in the social stableford on the 3rd of August with 20 stableford points.
Hong was pushed hard for the title by Graham Jones but survived the card count back as he had accumulated more points on the final six holes on the card. Third place on the evening was awarded to Jeff Glasgow on 19 points after he survived another count back with Richard Mawson which will serve as a nice preparation for the Brit for this weekend’s Ramadan Tournament. Spooning on the night was Dave Clark who fell from his horse on the first hole and never really got back in the saddle from there on as he only managed to score 9 stableford points.
