Hall family dominates Abu Dhabi City Golf Club Championships
The 18th and 19th of April saw the playing Abu Dhabi City Golf Club’s flagship Event- the Club Championships.
A full field of 96 Players were treated to a wonderful Weekend of Golf by our principal Sponsors, Peugeot and Omeir Bin Youssef.
The conditions over the 2 days were tough- hot and windy weather making good scoring very difficult and testing the Players to the full.
In the Ladies Division, Megan Hardeman won the Day 1 Nett Prize, with Catrione Halleman taking home the Day 2 Nett prize. Elizabeth Campbell was the overall Ladies Nett Winner with a Nett 145.
The overall Division C Winner was Angelo Villanueva with Rounds of Nett 76 and 78 giving him a total of Nett 154.
The B Division Winner went to Mark Preece after 2 great Rounds of Nett 69 and 77 and a total of 146 Nett.
The A Division Winner was won by Rohan Buultjens after he posted a Nett 67 and a Nett 79.
The Overall Nett Winner went to young Darren Hall after a Nett 70 and a Nett 75 – a Nett 145 Total.
The ADCGC Peugeot Club Ladies Club Champion was Sharon Hall with a Gross 89 and 91 – a total of 180 and her Son Ronan Hall, who became the ADCGC Peugeot Men’s Club Champion with a Gross 83 and 77 and a total of 160.
