In the fourth round of the P. I. C. Golf Society League, supported by BMW, SNTTA Travel and Worldwide Golf, a lot of nail-biting matches were fought out in both Leagues. In the SNTTA League, Gulf Rock moved from second place into the lead with two wins over the Kegs 1. MasSin1 dropped down into second place with one win and one loss against the Dubai ExPutts1, who remain in third position.   The Dubai ExPutts2 moved up from the bottom of the ladder into fourth position, with two wins over the Dubai Duffers, who are now in fifth position. The Kegs1 now fall into last place after their losses on the weekend.

The Indian Expats Golf Society maintained first position in the Worldwide Golf League with a win and a tie against RimauSinga.  They sit on 17 points, a healthy lead over RimauSinga, who are in second place on 13 points.  MasSin2 moved from fifth place into equal third with two wins 4&3 over the Kegs2, leaving the Kegs2 at the bottom of the ladder.  The Nepalese Golf Society joins MasSin2 in third position with one win and one loss to Dubal, who are in fifth.

Heading into the fifth round on February 16, the Worldwide Golf League is particularly tight with RimauSinga, MasSin2 and Kegs2 all sitting within 1 point of each other.
