Feb BMW Members and Guests Social at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club

The February edition of the BMW members and guests social played at Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club turned out an action packed affair with over 30 golfers taking part.

The event which comprises of 2 formats of golf over the 9 holes was keenly contested, but leading the way over the front nine were Korean golfer S.I Lee and SGSC professional Purna Sharma who returned a net score of 30.85 to win the texas scramble event. The back 9 prize went to BMW specialists Ian Wilson and glen Norrie to teamed up to perfection to shoot 25 points in the better-ball format.

Other notable winners for the day was Mel Stewart who managed to secure the nearest the the pin award and new member Charlie Wilcox who blasted his drive the furthest to claim the longest drive.

All prize winners receive some vouchers to spend in the pro shop plus golf plaques courtesy of the kind sponsors BMW.
