Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club September Ladies Strokeplay
In breezy, cool conditions, Yuko Tsukiori managed to secure a one shot victory in the Dubai Creek Golf And Yacht Club ,September ladies strokeplay event.
Putting together a round which included 2 birdies and 6 pars Yuko secured a solid 82 gross(net 69) just piping Najla Bartette by a single stroke. “I played pretty consistently but must confess I got a bit lucky at times with one ball hitting a rock and landing only yards away from the pin! ,” said Tsukiori afterwards, “The course was a joy to play today and the greens were running very nicely. I holed my fair share of putts and would like to thank course superintendant Mr matt Perry for its wonderful condition.”
Yuko was presented a dinner for 2 voucher from the Thai Kitchen, Park Hyatt whilst Najla received her runner up prize of an aromatherapy session also courtesy of Park Hyatt. Both players were presented their prizes by Dubai Creek golf Professional, Craig Waddell at a presentation which was attended by Christopher May, Dubai Creek, General Manager and Mr Mustafa Al Hashimi, Dubai Creeks Club Manager.
