David Tait’s Hit n Giggle results at Al Ghazal Golf Club Abu Dhabi

Last Friday’s AGGC HNG sponsored by club member and past Captain David Tait had members wondering what tee to play from as David had decided to mix up the back 9 tees in the Mixed Texas Scramble. Players were playing off men’s white, blue and ladies red tees, there were also subsidiary prizes such as nearest to the Ditch at hole 14 and nearest the pin at hole 16.   

The winners by point 1 on 24.3 were Adda Haouara, Guillaume Cambolive and Angela Tiam-Fook, second place went to martin Sutherland, Anette Rego, Rob Jennings and Walter Tiam-Fook with 24.4 and third were Rob and Ming Brown, peter Comber and Nigel Taylor.  Special subsidiary prizes were awarded to Emily and Pat Gordon, Steve Sullivan and Marius Olivier, nearest the ditch on hole 14 went to Anette Rego and Deborah Castle for nearest the pin on hole 16.  The DDH trophy went to Bernie Blanchard, Phil Wilkes, Basharat Hussain and Deborah Castle and the final HNG Trophy of the evening was awarded to Nigel Taylor.
