Hope your all looking forward to the cooler weather which is just around the corner? I have very busy and stepped up my regime since returning from India and I am know going full steam ahead!!!
My TPI ( Titleist Performance Instruction) has given me extra core strength and built up my weak side after the intercostal muscle injury I picked up 3 months ago.
My regime kicks in at 6 am in the gym and then a full day of practice….
Louis who advises me on my food intake come up with an amazing breakfast drink to start the day. It consists of 1/2 pint of skimmed milk, a handful of Blueberries, a few almonds and Brazil nuts, Kiwi with skin left on, 1/2 Banana plus 3 spoons of Coconut oil. This is then followed by Manuka Honey and 1 raw egg which is all dropped into the blender. Drinking the shake gives me all the protein I require for a hard days practice. I carry nuts and raw carrots with me on the course and 2 energy bars for a quick blast as and when I need it!!
On a personal note, I would like to take this opportunity to thank James Williams of Jebel Ali Golf Resort, Martin Duff of Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club and Andrew Whitelaw of the Emirates Golf Club for giving me a lot of support on my journey. Much appreciated chaps….
The 6th of October sees me joining the Lady members at Sharjah for 18 holes of which I am looking forward to. With the Inaugural Mena tour on right now I can also look forward to a few games with Yasin Ali and Ross Cavanan when its over…
So time to return to practice… Take care and enjoy your golf
