Cook claims the December Yas Links Etihad Open Stableford

Yas Links held its record breaking number of entrants for the days Etihad Open Stableford held on December 13th.

With a 7:30am shotgun start, 96 Competitors headed out to battle the greens to vie for bragging rights and Etihad air miles. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in both Division A and Division B categories took home 25,000, 15,000 and 10,000 air miles respectively. Combined with perfect weather, the competition was not one to be missed.

Division A Category winners (handicap 0-14) finished with very notable scores. James Cook finished with an incredible 42 points securing him a solid first place. 2nd place was received by Chris Connerton who finished with a respectable 39 points while David Symington finished the day with 38 points taking 3rd place courtesy on the last 9 holes.

Division B Category winners (handicap 15 – 36) finished closely together with respectable scores. No stranger to the leaderboard Elizabeth Campbell finished in first place with 42 points, Charles Garrison snuck in right behind with 41 points securing him in 2nd place leaving Fun Yin Hoong in a very solid 3rd place standing with 40 points.
