Conneely Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club Coral Beach Resort Midweek Stableford winner

Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club Irish member Michael Conneely returned to fine form in the recent Coral Beach Resorts Midweek Stableford.

A highly impressive 21 points over 9 holes was enough to see him lift another trophy on his return back to the club. Two gross birdies to add to a string of pars saw Conneely finish under par for the 9 holes played.

Finishing just one shot adrift were two golfers, Abdul Moiz Khan and Jaydeep Sarkar, both posting a total of 20 points. Moiz Khan continues to impress this season in a round which also saw him fire home 2 gross birdies, with a hugely important birdie down the last hole. Sarkar’s round was equally impressive with just a double bogey on the par 4 5th hole stopping him from challenging Conneely further. Khan therefore picked up the winning prize in Division 1 whilst Sarkar claimed the same prize for Division 2.

All three winning golfers picked up pro shop vouchers to be spent at Sharjah and also luxurious culinary treats courtesy of the Coral Beach Resorts, Sharjah.
