Clark and Fullerton crowned Champions at Arabian Ranches Golf Club SIAN Golf Series 2nd qualifier
Paul Clark and Adrienne Fullerton were crowned Champions at ARGC on Friday, 20th May in the 2nd qualifier of the SIAN Events Golf Series. The series consists of three qualifying rounds with the top 10 teams from each qualifier going through to compete in the Final to be held in December 2011.
On a perfect day with 96 competitors in the field the pair of Fullerton & Clark managed to post a brilliant score of 74 combined stableford points to claim the title. Each competitor used his or her handicap index as the Tournament allowance.
The winners were impressive on their way to posting 74 points and win the title by two points from runners up Kevin Barrett and Shane Callaghan. In a format that required both players to score consistently the Champions posted Individual scores of 38 and 36 points respectfully on their way to victory.
Clark & Fullerton posted an outward half of 37 and an inward half of 37 points as a team. Both players made valuable contributions to the card and shared the responsibility equally.
The prize presentation was conducted by Andy Burrow Club Captain with the assistance of the SIAN Events Team, who thanked all the players for a fantastic turnout and a wonderful day.
