Cheyenne Woods returns to Dubai for brand new Omega Dubai Moonlight Classic

Cheyenne will have a different challenge with the new tournament format including playing under the LED floodlights on the stunning Sir Nick Faldo designed course

Cheyenne Woods is ready to step up to the challenge as she returns to Dubai for the 2019 Omega Dubai Moonlight Classic, set to take place on the Faldo course at Emirates Golf Club from 1 – 3 May 2019.

Following in the footsteps of her uncle Tiger Woods, who recently triumphed in the 2019 Masters to claim his fifth green jacket, Cheyenne becomes a golfing sensation in her own right. Continuing the Woods family legacy, Cheyenne become part of golfing history as she competes against fifty six leading Ladies European Tour players in the worlds first professional day-night golf tournament in just over a weeks time.

Cheyenne will have a different challenge this year with the new tournament format including playing under the LED floodlights on the stunning Sir Nick Faldo designed course.

The 28 year old American made her first appearance on the LET in 2013 and secured her first career victory at the 2014 Volvik RACV Ladies Masters in Australia. With four top 10 finishes, including her last appearance in Dubai at the 2016 Omega Dubai Ladies Masters where she finished on -3 in joint 10th, Woods will have her sights set high on the famous ‘Dallah Trophy’ at the 2019 Omega Dubai Moonlight Classic.

She is an extremely talented golfer and is always a crowd favourite. The Omega Dubai Moonlight Classic is free entry for all three rounds. Fans are encouraged to come and watch the world’s best female golfers and experience this inaugural event from 1 – 3 May on the Faldo course at Emirates Golf Club.
