Caley and Belcher take the honours in the Ladies Stableford at Emirates Golf Club

Viv Caley and Elaine Belcher won their respective handicap divisions in the latest Ladies Stableford on the superb Majlis course. Elaine Belcher won the Bronze Division (Hcp 24-42) with a fabulous best of the day 41 points. Viv Caley took the honours in the Silver Division (Hcp 0-23) with a nice 40 points.

Also as part of the event there was a surprise 9 hole event with the holes unknown until after play. The scores over holes 1, 4, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16 were added up and 3 players all shared the same points tally – 21. After card play offs, Maura Duggan finished 3rd, Josie Tracey finished 2nd and Jenny Aryes won the main prize.
