Buxmann has his First Win as a Dad at Tower Links Golf Club

Johan Buxmann has started off his return to the game in the best possible way, winning his first event back, the Wednesday social stableford on the 27th of July.

Taking time away from the game after the birth of his daughter has seemed to work well for the big fella as he slotted straight back into that comfortable winning position. The only real trouble Buxmann encountered on the night was a scrappy double bogey on hole 15 but apart from that he performed like his old consistent self.

Tower Links longest serving Member, Mr. Ruurd Abma, came in second position after he produced a quality knock of 19 stableford points, highlighting the fact that his game is heading in the right direction. In a rare display of form, Pat Mottershead triumphed in the card count back over Mr. B.H. Yoo for third place when both finished on 18 stableford points.
