Broedelet wins the Heritage Trophy at the Emirates Golf Club

Sandra Broedelet found a consistent form to triumph in the Heritage trophy held over 2 rounds, round one was on the Faldo course and the final round held on the Majlis course. Her winning 79 point total was made up of rounds of 39 and 40 points.

Her scorecard for round one included 5 pars and a lovely 2 on hole 12. She stepped up a gear in round two around the Majlis course on which she had 6 pars and a birdie 2 on hole 11.

This consistent form gave her a one shot victory over Sanchia Oberholster who had rounds of 36 and 42 points (78 points) to take second place. Third place in this popular annual event was secured by Veronica Elias, with rounds of 33 and 41 points (74 points).
