Rory McIlroy saw Henrik Stenson claim his DP World Tour Championship and Race to Dubai crown, and proclaimed the Swede was “too good for everyone”.
McIlroy completed his own double at Jumeirah Golf Estates 12 months ago, but this year it was the turn of 37 year old Stenson. A closing 64 gave the Swede an Earth Course record winning score of 25 under par, six shots better than his nearest challenger Ian Poulter.
McIlroy, who finished with a 67 for a share of fifth place, said: “Henrik is playing too good for everyone it looks like right now.
