Andrew Morley and Stephen Jenks to try Guinness Book of Records World Record attempt at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club

On Saturday 3rd of March Andrew Morley and Stephen Jenks will be attempting a fully sanctioned Guinness Book of Records World Record attempt at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club.

the 2 teachers are attempting to play as many golf holes as possible in 24 hours. UAE Golf Online interviewed Andrew to tell us more about what he is trying to achieve.
For the record to be successful they need to play at least 150 holes in 24 hrs which works out at approx 18 holes every 2hours 40mins. They both believe that slow play in golf is one of the problems the game faces and amongst other things this will hopefully highlight you can get round 18 holes in less than 3 hours. The Money that they are trying to raise by their attempt will all go to help build an Eye Hospice in Bangladesh which is a very worthy cause.
