The SGSC Junior Open Champion for 2011 was Ronan Hall of Yas Links Golf Club in Abu Dhabi carding a solid round of 79 on the tricky Sharjah course.

The Runner-up was Rayhan Thomas of Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club with a gross score of 81.

The nett category was a stableford and Sharjah Golf and Shooting Clubs’ very own Alex Beisenwenger produced a brilliant 42 points in his first major competition. Georgina Liu capped of a 1-2 for SGSC with 41 points to take 2nd place. The leading girl was Serifa D’Souza.

The Club was overjoyed by the support for the Junior Open with entries rising from 19 to 40 players from 2010 to 2011.
