Evans Steals the Show at the Al Badia the July Monthly Medal

Al Badia Golf Club would like to congratulate Phil Evans for winning the July Monthly Medal.  Phil had a net 72 in the difficult conditions at Al Badia. With the rough up and the wind blowing, scoring was defiantly made difficult. His round consisted of 6 pars and 1 birdie but by his own admissions he left a few shots out there.

The best gross for the day came down to count back between Keith Nann and Tim Sephton. The two scratch league players were grouped together and went head to head for the gross. Both players shot an impressive 78 but the eventual winner was Keith with an impressive back nine of 37.

Division A was won by Tim Sephton who just missed out on the Gross with a net 76. The Runner-up in Division A was David Moore.

Division B was won by Nick Groves with net 73. We would like to congratulate our new member on his first win and hope there will be many more. Runner-up was Ning Li with Net 74.
Nearest the Pin was taken by Sang Min Lee on the 11th and longest drive by Mark Rix on the 13th.
