Annual Members End of Season Golf Tournament at a sun drenched Abu Dhabi Golf Club

Over 60 players took part in the annual Members End of Season Golf Tournament at a sun drenched Abu Dhabi Golf Club to celebrate the end of a busy season of members events.

The team named “Hook! Slice! Top it and Swear” comprising of Andy and Lina Tyson, Hilary Knight and Tim Kelly produced an excellent net score of 23 under par playing the popular Team Shamble format. They pipped John Albertson, Adrian Raisbeck, Jim Mulvehill and Rob Carrow (The Gringos) into second by one shot.  

Third place was very close with two teams returning the same score of 20 under par for the round. However the ‘French Lovers’ team of Jeff & Cathy Feron along with Frederic & Pascal Michel claimed the prize by virtue of a better second nine hole score. Club Captain Tony Martin presented the prizes at the post round dinner.
