Yuh Ying Lu Clinches Tournament of Champions at Emirates Golf Club

In a day of low scoring over the Majlis course Yuh Ying Lu carded a net 67 to triumph in the end of season Tournament of Champions. The event consisted of all the winners from the season and it was Lu who came out on top with a superb 5-under par score.

Also on that mark was Nancy Wingate but she had to settle for runners-up position after a card count back. Stephanie Wilson followed her Golfer of the Year success with a third place finish having posted a round of 68. The best gross of the day went to Jayshree Gupta following her 80.

For those members who hadn’t qualified for the Tournament of Champions a stableford competition took place with Janice Gwiliiam signing for 41 points to clinch Silver Division with Angela Kammer carding 36 points to take top honors in Bronze Division.
