Japan Aid Charity Golf Day at Abu Dhabi City Golf Club

A full field of 88 Golfers was in attendance to lend their support both morally and financially to the worthy cause and the spirit of goodwill was clearly felt by all.

In the Individual Golf Event, Wendy Brady and Sandie Carrington were 1st and 2nd respectively in the Ladies Event whilst Richard Tsu and Peter John took 1st and 2nd place.?

At the sumptuous Gala Dinner which was attended by His Excellency Mr. Watanabe the Ambassador of Japan in the UAE, dozens of lucky winners received fantastic prizes from our Raffle Draw.

Towards the end of the Dinner, the ADCGC CEO Mr. Shehab Al Hashemi handed over a cheque for over 41,000 Dhs to the Japanese Embassy to help with the Relief Aid. ??The Evening concluded with a further Dhs 11,000 raised – bringing the total donation from the day to Dhs 52, 800.
