BMW Club Championship result at the Address Montgomerie Dubai

The 2011 Club Championship sponsored by AGMC BMW saw very good golf and very tight competition through both days.

The golf course was superbly  set up and manicured by Andrew Rebman and Joao Goncalves who ensured double cutting and rolling of the greens to provide the smoothest possible playing surfaces.  In the  Ladies Net divisions Sam Argui captured the title by shooting a total of 135 for the two days, beating Natayla Sobotovych by 12 shots.

The Ladies Gross division saw a tie after the 36 holes were finished between Barb McBean and Debbie Murray. In the first hole of the playoff Barb was able to secure a par, and the Ladies Club Champion title for the second straight year.

Men’s net B division saw Yong Kyu Yang secure a two shot victory over Barnaby Crompton, and the Men’s net A division Qamar Rasheed scored a four shot victory over Rajinder Razdan and the rest of the field. The Men’s Gross division saw a new champion crowned this year, Sam Constance shot a gross 160 to secure the title by 1 shot.
